為了滿足電流大、壽命長、溫升低、插拔力小的研制技術(shù)協(xié)議要求,必須對接觸偶的結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。根據(jù)我廠多年來生產(chǎn)高可靠線簧結(jié)構(gòu)電連接器的經(jīng)驗(yàn),決定選用高可靠單葉回轉(zhuǎn)雙曲面線簧插孔(簡稱線簧孔)作為該連接器的接觸偶。 線簧孔是一種結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、性能優(yōu)異、可靠性高的插孔,與開口插孔、片簧式插孔相比,具有接觸電阻小、插拔柔和、抗振動、耐沖擊、壽命長、可靠性高等特點(diǎn),其失效率僅 為10-9 。因此,從結(jié)構(gòu)及性能特性上分析,選擇線簧孔作為該電連接器的接觸偶是比較佳的方案。

Based on the experience of producing high reliable linear spring connector in our factory for many years, we decided to choose the high reliable single leaf rotary hyperboloid linear spring jack (referred to as linear spring hole) as the contact couple of the connector. Wire spring hole is a kind of jack with novel structure, excellent performance and high reliability. Compared with open Jack and leaf spring jack, it has the characteristics of small contact resistance, soft insertion, vibration resistance, impact resistance, long life and high reliability. Its failure rate is only 10-9. Therefore, from the analysis of structure and performance characteristics, it is the best scheme to select the wire spring hole as the contact couple of the electrical connector.

線簧插孔是一種高可靠的插針插孔組件,是電連接器中的接觸部分。景誠實(shí)業(yè)有著專業(yè)的技術(shù),它是采用特別的裝配技術(shù),將若干根高彈性的鈹青銅絲(下文簡稱銅絲),沿插孔內(nèi)壁斜拉密繞而成的,所有銅絲與插孔內(nèi)壁形成一個特定的角度,使得插孔內(nèi)部所有的銅絲,呈現(xiàn)雙曲線形狀(如左圖)。因此,線簧插孔又叫做雙曲面線簧插孔。 線簧插孔在當(dāng)插針插入時,全部銅絲在較大的范圍內(nèi)緊貼插針外表面,此時插孔內(nèi)所有銅絲都與插針形成多線接觸(如右圖),因此該結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是接觸電阻小、產(chǎn)生熱量小、連接高可靠、插拔力柔和、抗震動性好、耐沖擊力強(qiáng)、插拔次數(shù)多、使用壽命長,且在高震動、耐沖擊場合其瞬斷時間小于1μs,這些優(yōu)勢都已經(jīng)在各個應(yīng)用優(yōu)先域中被充分驗(yàn)證。

At this time, all copper wires in the pin are in multi-line contact with the pin (such as the right figure). Therefore, the advantages of the structure are small contact resistance, small heat generation, high reliability of connection, soft insertion force, good vibration resistance and impact resistance. The advantages of high strength, multiple insertion times, long service life, and less than 1uS instantaneous break time in high vibration and shock resistant situations have been fully verified in various application fields.
